After onboarding, you step directly into high-impact client projects as a trusted advisor and project lead. You work in hybrid teams with data scientists, AI engineers and business experts, steering complex initiatives from scoping to delivery.

You will define clear business goals, translate them into actionable roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects deliver the promised value. Throughout your journey, a senior Hyperson partner will support you with coaching and career development.

This role is ideal for someone who combines business strategy, analytical thinking and project management, and wants to operate at the intersection of AI, data and real-world impact.

Your Mission

As an AI Business Consultant, you are the link between business objectives and data/AI solutions. You will:

• Lead data & AI projects end-to-end, from ideation to delivered value
• Translate business challenges into clear scopes, roadmaps and KPIs
• Build business cases that quantify expected value and ROI
• Align stakeholders across marketing, digital, operations, and IT
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to shape the solution
• Ensure on-time delivery and measurable business impact
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Coach junior consultants and help elevate the team

You bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex data initiatives, and you ensure they deliver real results.

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conceptual thinking
• Solid understanding of and experience with data, analytics and AI.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Clear communicator who can influence and align stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate business questions into data/AI solutions

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, IT or quantitative field
• 4–8+ years of experience in consulting in data, AI or analytics roles
• Curious, open-minded and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Customer-oriented and focused on measurable outcomes
• EU work permit required
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
